Jennifer Sieperda joined KDA in July 2021 as an accounting assistant. She is a native Texan and is raising her 2 kids in Granbury. Jennifer came to KDA with an extensive background in QuickBooks and bookkeeping. She started in this field at H&R Block offering bookkeeping services. Through her time there she realized how much she truly enjoyed working with business owners to help them realize their dreams. Since arriving, she has immersed herself in learning the KDA way in both accounting and tax preparation. Jennifer tends to think outside the box and brings a flair of creativity and liveliness to our team. Jennifer is truly a team player and is on a constant quest for improvement.
When Jen is not working hard for our clients, she is a Jeep enthusiast and loves to go off-roading. She has a passion for travel, so as often as she can, she is on the road exploring the country with her family. She loves photography and to cook and will be the first to tell you to not cheat your body! Her zest for life and new experiences makes her a valuable asset to our clients. She relates to the passion that drives many small business owners and understands that, for them, this is not just a numbers business. We are so glad Jennifer joined our team and think you will find her a joy to work with.
Kelly Dias has been the sole proprietor of Kelly Dias Accountancy, PLLC, since 2008. Kelly practices Public Accounting with an emphasis on small business consulting, tax matters, representation before the IRS, accounting systems, financial analysis, and financial planning. She offers consultation on QuickBooks, and the firm provides complete bookkeeping services for small businesses.
Kelly graduated from Chico State University in 1995 with a BS in Business Administration and an emphasis in accounting. She passed the CPA exam in 1995 and went to work for a regional firm doing both audit and tax work. She was certified in California in 1997. She then went to work for Bi-Tech Software doing accounting-systems consulting for governmental and non-profit organizations. As part of their implementation team for Harris County, Texas, she quickly became the Lead Accountant and then the Assistant Project Manager, followed by a stint as a member of the corporate sales team. In 2001, she left Bi-Tech to become an independent consultant to the Harris County Auditor. In 2004, still in Houston, she followed her passion and started a ministry for teen moms for the YoungLife organization. She moved to Granbury in 2007, and in 2008 was certified as a CPA by the state of Texas. Kelly opened her practice in Granbury in 2008, moving the business to our current location in 2009.
Kelly’s experience gives her the unique ability to work with small business owners. She has worked with large and small organizations to develop effective accounting systems, processes, procedures, and financial management tools. Further, as a local business owner herself, she understands both the everyday demands and unique challenges Granbury entrepreneurs face.
Kelly is a Granbury resident, has three very active kids (young adults) and a dog named Charlie. While the two eldest are away at college (UARK and A&M), all three and Charlie still pop by the office when they can. Kelly likes to spend time playing soccer, golfing, gardening, and boating on Lake Granbury. She loves Granbury because it has proven to be such a great place to live, work, play, and raise her kids.

Tiffany Henderson is the first face you will see when entering KDA. She is the office administrator and accounting assistant. Tiffany is your go-to girl for quick answers, scheduling appointments, and getting things done around the office. She helps facilitate the best experience possible for our clients.
Tiffany came to KDA after serving in various roles at a busy medical office for five years. She did insurance billing and staff training for multiple clinics, ultimately serving as business operations supervisor. She has a propensity for paperwork and business processes that has well prepared her for managing the flow of an accounting office.
Tiffany grew up in northeast Texas but has lived in Granbury for six years. She is married with 4 fur babies; two kitties: Bonnie & Clydette, and two chocolate labs: Famous and Murdock. When she is not at the office, she is a part-time dance teacher in Arlington, specializing in jazz, hip hop, and contemporary. Dancing has been her passion for over 30 years. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Georgia Welch has been part of KDA since 2014 and, in her current capacity, works as a professional accounting staff. She is married with four school-aged children and has lived in Granbury since 2009. Georgia graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in May 2016. She received her Master of Accounting from Tarleton State University in December 2017. She was licensed as a CPA by the State of Texas in September 2019.
One of Georgia’s strengths is her commitment to developing one-on-one relationships with our clients, helping them navigate the processes necessary to solve their accounting problems. She sees her work in public accounting, working with small businesses, as a deep calling. She feels her role is to partner with clients, using her skills to help business owners be successful. Georgia understands very well people don’t go into business to worry about accounting processes and tax rules and wants to help business owners focus on their vision for success. Not payroll taxes, depreciation, and reconciliations: the nuts and bolts of operations. When these compulsory items are handled expertly, a business owner’s mind is free to dream and be inspired.
Some of Georgia’s experiences for our clients include both comprehensive bookkeeping and review of bookkeeping work; QuickBooks file setup; payroll setup and processing including specialized items for small business owners; federal payroll tax and state unemployment reporting; sales tax reporting; and financial statement preparation and review. She also prepares federal tax returns for individuals, businesses, partnerships, and non-profit. She is tireless in her efforts to exceed client expectations.
Georgia loves Cajun food (especially crawfish), chips, and salsa, and she loves the beach or just being outside with friends and family.
